I just want to say hello to my fans... or followers whatever you want to call them it's the same thing. I apologize once again for not blogging a post in forever; but come on, my life is not that exciting to where I will be submitting things every day so patience is a virtue that must be exercised. Alright here is the most recent news in my life:
I GOT A JOB!!! Also, I GOT ACCEPTED TO BRIGHAM YOUNG UNIVERSITY!!!
Pretty sweet right? I am now an employee of Nuskin Enterprises; I work as a Spanish sales rep for the Latin America department where I will be helping our amigos in Mexico, Venezuela, Colombia, and Argentina. I feel incredibly blessed to be a part of that company and look forward to actually starting the job. Although training is sort of kicking my butt right now so I'm a little wary of actually starting. To give you an idea of all I have to learn, training is a full 4 weeks long. Yeah, that's intense. Also in my training session it's me and 7 dudes (including the trainer)... that's a lot of testosterone. Nevertheless I'm pumped to not only have a job (and get dressed every day in something other than sweats and a t-shirt), but to work at Nuskin.
That's my ID card picture. If I could transfer that to be my license picture for the rest of my life, I would.
Let's talk about BYU. I got in! I honestly can't believe it, I submitted the application on January 31st and they took their sweet time responding. Every day felt like torture having to check my email periodically throughout the day. This morning I checked my email before work and this is roughly the mental process that ensued...
ME: checking my email
BYU: a decision has been reached on your admission to BYU, please click on this link where you can view the decision
ME: heart sank down to my stomach, mouth is drained of any moisture, palms began to perspire, panic mode INITIATED
BYU: Congratulations! You're in! (<-- roughly what they said)
ME: fist pump in the air
So that folks is how my life has been for the past week or so. Also, my parents and dear womb mate are visiting in roughly 24 days. That deserves a double fist pump in the air.

Taken for granted
I apologize to my hundreds and hundreds (more like 3-5 at most) of followers for my 10 day absence from the blogging world- I regret to inform you that my life actually isn't very interesting. But due to the recent harassment from my own flesh and blood I thought I'd whip something up for your amusements.

Snowshoeing and Dancing
Today was an extremely eventful Saturday. We started the day off with some snowshoeing at Stewart Falls. Let me just say that I had originally come to the conclusion that winter hiking was much better than summer hiking. Why you ask? Because I have yet to see 1 bug out when everything is covered in snow. Yeah, I hate bugs that much. My opinion hasn't exactly changed and I came to the conclusion that snowshoeing was fun; but those contraptions you have to wear (a.k.a. snowshoes) add at least 5 pounds to my already heavy snow boots. Therefore walking becomes a strenuous activity; or it does for the less in shape folks such as myself. Now, observe our snow fun!
My snow angel! The first one I've made in at least 12 years, or since my family lived in Pittsburgh.
Stewart Falls. The coolest waterfall ever, because it's frozen!
Ky and my brother-in-law Devin.
A little live action shot for ya, we were so close that the water was spraying all over us. I felt like I was at Sea World. That may or may not be an exaggeration.

Snow
Today was set to be a wonderful day. I was going to take a walk because this morning it was a glorious 41 degrees Fahrenheit. But guess what? I must have forgotten that I live in Utah and it SNOWED. Yeah, I even checked the weather and saw it was supposed to snow and I scoffed. I mean really, it was 41 degrees F so what was I supposed to think? Those who live in Provo, or Utah in general, are probably laughing and thinking "you silly Oregonian, you should have known" but one can dream. One can certainly dream.

Home sick
A little something you should all know about me is that I am 1 of 5 kids. In other words, there was never a dull moment in my house and I was always surrounded by lots of people. I love being married, it's wonderful and I get to spend tons of time with my best friend but there's only 1 of him. See the problem? So when he is not home... I don't even have a cat or anything to keep me company people! You really know you've hit rock bottom when you want a cat to keep you company, which one could argue is the most independent animal around. Domestic at least. Sorry I got sidetracked. The point I'm trying to make is that I miss my big family and the wonderful state of Oregon.
It's picture time folks.
Those 4 handsome fellas are my dad and brothers. In order from left to right: Derick (16), my dad (age is on a need to know basis), David (23) and Frank (23). Yes, they're identical.
That gorgeous woman you see in this picture is my mom. Quite a beauty isn't she?
My best friend and other half, Alex (20). We're fraternal twins, yeah I know, my mom is superwoman.
The cat... Ali... she's crazy. As you can obviously see.
This is the baby of the group, Troy (3). My mom says he puts the "Troy" in "desTroyer". He was named after the honorable Troy Polamalu of the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Last but not least, a few pictures of the most beautiful coast this country has to offer; the west coast of Oregon. Namely Newport and Lincoln City.

Revenge is mine
Hello all and welcome to my blog. Let me start out by telling you how incredibly hard it was to get this thing going. My computer illiteracy really hindered me in the process, but low and behold here we are.
